Resolving Your Conflict should be peaceful, not an even bigger conflict!
Clare Fowler believes that resolving conflicts should be in a format that is comfortable for all involved--so she practices both face to face and online.
She believes that it is important to be flexible to best serve the client. Sometimes face to face meeting is the most effective. Sometimes meeting after work, or Skyping on the weekends is more effective. Sometimes it is arranging a videochat with a client during their lunch hour. Or allowing everyone to join a conference call from the comfort of their own living room. She also has set-up online discussion rooms and message boards, private for each client and company, where they can check the status of their case, post agreements, vote on ideas, and collaboratively develop a working plan for going forward. This is available online so that clients can manage their conflict when it is convenient for them.
She keeps track of all documents and contacts in an encrypted Caseload Manager program.
